Macdonald Scott has been quoted in the Toronto Star about the case of our client Michael Mvogo, who has been held in Canada for 8 years without a trial. Carranza LLP filed an official complaint with the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Working Group on Arbitrary Detentions, and that group has issued an opinion chastising Canada for his incarceration.
