From a very young age Kiran has understood the importance of duty and expectation. As a child of immigrant parents from Pakistan, it was instilled in her that she must always think about the greater implications of her actions and decisions.

Kiran knows firsthand what it means to respect cultural traditions and family structure, and adapt them to a North American society. She believes in taking care of family, and she considers all of her clients just that.

Due to her background and experience as a lawyer, Kiran is better able to articulate, identify and understand how an injury affects a person beyond the physical to the psychological and emotional. A victim’s very sense of purpose is injured.

Armed with an organized and diligent mind, Kiran is always working on her cases—preparing for mediations, anticipating any arguments, tending to her clients needs as soon as they arise, listening to their frustrations and earning their respect and trust.

Kiran not only understands her clients’ cultural, family and social situations, she has a vested interest in her their well-being. She is open and upfront with all her clients and will do everything in her power to win them the maximum settlement.

Kiran has assisted with trials in front of the Superior Court of Ontario and matters before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan tribunal and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
