Kevin graduated from the University of Toronto in 1988 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994 with a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.). He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Since January 2008, The Law Society of Upper Canada has certified him as a Specialist (C.S.) in Civil Litigation.
Over the years since 1996, Kevin has had the privilege of representing many good families , some of whom had the misfortune of facing serious injuries to loved ones including catastrophic brain injury, paraplegia, quadriplegia and death as a result of car accidents or other wrongful causes. Kevin frequently represents clients before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and has argued before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice including the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. He has been invited to speak at legal conferences and he also volunteers his time as a mentor with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and The Law Society of Upper Canada. He is a member of various legal organizations and since 2008, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association a prominent legal association whose mission is the relentless pursuit of justice for all, including those who suffered injury or injustice.
Kevin is fluent in Vietnamese. His team includes Penelope Dias, Cathy Ho and Sathya Akunuri.
