Kelley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto, graduating in 1989. She attended Osgoode Hall Law School where she actively participated in the CLASP legal clinic. She graduated from Osgoode in 1992 and was called to the Bar in 1994.

 

Upon her call to the bar, Kelley was a sole practitioner for five years in the areas of criminal and family law where she obtained extensive trial experience.

 

Kelley joined Carranza Barristers & Solicitors in 1999 and now practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law. She has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Kelley is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
