Cesar graduated from York University in 1994 and has worked with Carranza as a law clerk since then, building an encyclopedic knowledge of accident benefits issues.  Cesar has often represented our clients at mediations and pre-arbitration hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Cesar is the Chair of the Law Clerk section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and an active member of the Canadian Paraplegic Association and the Ontario Brain Injury Association.

Cesar enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and plays defense for the Carranza Cougars.
