Anu obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan with High Honours in 1997. In 2000 she graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Shibley Righton Tax Law Award and the Foster Human Rights Award (University of Saskatchewan Law School). She was called to the Bar in 2002.

 

Anu is a former varsity track and field athlete, and has a deep love for sports. She is one of the founding members of the South Asian Legal Clinic (Ontario) and served on its Board of Directors for five years. She also served for three years on the Board of Directors of Skills for Change, a non-profit agency providing learning and training opportunities for immigrants and refugees so that they can participate in the workplace. Currently she volunteers with SALCO’s pro bono project.

 

 

 

 

Anu  firmly believes in access to justice and fair compensation for victims pursuing insurance claims, and has a keen interest in employment law.
