Juan Carranza has been consulted by the families of four of the victims of the crash on Monday February 6th that claimed 11 lives in southwestern Ontario. All of the 10 van victims, were migrant workers from Peru, who were leaving a shift at a local farm.Three men survived the crash and remain in hospital.
