As the head of the firm’s Accident Benefits Department, Cesar often represents Carranza’s clients at mediations and pre-arbitration hearings at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Under Cesars representation, clients are in very good hands. Cesar is a veritable encyclopaedia of accident benefits and is well-versed in the intricate issues that surround Accident Benefits claims.

Fluent in two languages, Cesar has a true capacity to communicate and relate to clients on all levels. His team, including Dunia Fuentes-Pino, Fabia Achadinha, Ronald Carranza and Ana Medeiros, are friendly, approachable and most important, they take the time to ensure that their clients receive excellent service.

Cesar is not only an asset to the firm, but to his family and community as well. He enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and playing defence for the Carranza Cougars. He is also the past Chair of the Law Clerk section of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and an active member of the Canadian Paraplegic Association and Ontario Brain Injury Association.
